Great staff - all really efficient, friendly and professional, great room service (very quick and good food), great location on south bank adjacent to crown metropol and crown towers, great dining and entertainment options in the overall crown complex, great view.

The location, room size, shower size and general facilities are great. Food and transport all within small walk with plenty of variety. Casino was perfect as my wife is a poker player.

The staff members are lovely and more than willing to make your stay very comfortable. Valet parking is worth paying for as you don’t have to worry about where to park in that area of the city. I stay here quite regularly and The Promenade is definitely my number one go to.

Was convenient and comfy as usual, however, this trip was made extra special by Matt from Concierge. After 5 days of shopping with my children I flew them home and checked into Crown for 2 nights with my partner. Matt watched me put the girls and my father in a car to the airport and breathe a well earned sigh of relief for the 3 days of RnR to follow. He had a giggle and a chat with me about the little fist pump I made when the car left (as every parent could appreciate after a 5 day 'shop til you drop' session with children) and then ordered a complimentary bottle of wine to our room. That was unexpected and so very thoughtful. Really made our experience memorable. Thanks again Matt

We loved the service at reception and the room was beautiful, the staff were welcoming , as we drove in we were met by the doorman , asked for parking , they were happy to tell us $50 per day . Helped with luggage and looked after the car. The lovely young man at reception had a bit of a laugh with us and was happy to give us the highest level for our room type ,which was studio. After telling him it's our anniversary he offered us the bubbly and chocolates. All the amenities in the room were great. They cleaned the room , replaced towels and glasses the morning after . All was very professional. They happily brought the luggage into the room After enjoying our bottle of bubbly we decided to go for a walk , when we returned the chocolates had been left and a tag was placed on the empty bottle say complimentary 😊 So thankful

The hotel was value for money. Clean great bathroom and beds very comfortable. Fantastic restaurants within the hotel. I feel the foyer was slightly trashed because it was a very busy weekend and people leaving rubbish on tables and sitting on the furniture for long periods of time. On checkout Monday morning very clean and professional.

An amazing property with fantastic location - close to everything and easy to find your way around. Staff are friendly and helpful and we spent a lot of time in the pool which was incredible!!

Breakfast and service were great. Disappointed that we couldn’t get into the pool due to the door malfunctioning but happy with the staff making arrangements for us to access the Metropol pool (even though walking through Crown in our towel and robes to access said pool and having to wait for staff at the Metropol to confirm this was frustrating, I’d have thought staff at the Promenade would have notified the front desk at the Metropol so we didn’t have to wait while they did this). Definitely appreciated the later check out due to this inconvenience. Over all very happy with our stay. ❤️
